I have a new phone all my account disappeared. How to recover

To recover your progress, you need to login with the same account as you used to play on your previous device. You can find further instructions here: Link your accounts to save progress in Plants vs. Zombies 2

If your account wasn't linked, you can try accessing your previous device (if still available) and link the account.
