Open the game. Press the spanner. Go to download preferences and it gives you your player ID ,take a screenshot.
Press help then fill in the form that comes up under missing content. It will create a case.
EA will get back to you via email. Don’t forget to include your screenshot of your ID
The ID of my current account or old account?
Found the phone of my old data but there a problem, it aint charging so I won't be able to get the old id
Will the purchases I made on the old device be able to be linked back to the old account?

Well, I have to use an emulator on my laptop to play now since my current phone is not charging because the charging port is broken.
Using the android emulator "BlueStacks" installed with Google PlayHopefully someone on the forum will be able to help as I’m no tech expert and it’s something I’m not familiar with
