It’s gone…

When I reinstall pvz 2 on my phone to to replay it, everything is gone, all my progress of my seediums, my mints, my gemiums, all gone and it only shows this: 

can y’all pls help me with this bcs my old progress has years worth of playability and i can show more proof later but as of now, this is just Heart punching to see. Also its not a new phone issue bcs always have my old progress locked in to this until now
