Loss of items

Recently as of March 24, 2026, at about 1:20 pm EST I had a stable balance of 180ish gems and I just bought some seed packs from the store which costed 124 I believe in pvz2, I log in later and it gave me a brief notice about data, then I go back in to see if something is okay and then my gem amount is at 0, strictly 0 for some odd reason. I do have my EA account linked to my pvz2 account and this is like a data loss or something and I don’t understand, I just lost all those gems I worked hard for and it doesn’t seem to come back even when I refresh the game and reload everything.
