Lost All Progress after Reinstalling

I had progress that was linked to my Apple Id. When i reinstalled the game, my progress was gone with no option to load account. All my achievements are still there but the game progress is lost. I didnt save the player id since it was never required when i reinstalled before, and now the customer support refuse to help as i dont have the id. 

DONT INSTALL THE GAME, EA WILL JUST **bleep** UP YOUR PROGRESS

  • I had this issue too. Three times. EA customer service is mute and blind, nobody helps you. You have to start from zero again, unfortunately. EA customer service is the worse service for us, honest players, I've ever met...! And the steps are very bad explained, they are only to confuse you and to force you to start again, with nothing, like a beginner.

    They never assist. I cannot even begin to tell you how many plants I paid for and lost. How many times I had to play the game from scratch. I still love the game but it saddens me that they don't care. Like how many times my daily activities don't refresh so I lose all the money and diamonds I could have collected. Also their plant of the week 500 coins never register.ridiculous.

  • Exactly. Same to me. Now I am waiting for a response to a claim I submitted a few days ago: I paid for a number of gems, I paid for a number of seeds and they didn't deliver to me. I've sent an email, I showed them the recipes... And nothing. The customer service ignores us. I feel like I was robbed.
