Hello I had plants vs zombies 2 on my phone but had to do a factory reset and have all lost all of my world progress and all of my plants some of which i bought and all my mints. I had the game linked to my google account [edit: email address removed] but after reinstall the game reset everything and I no longer have all my plants. Can anything be done to recover all of my progress?
@mksl7sk This is an open forum, it might be a good idea not to post your player ID here.
Anyway, with the knowledge that your game progress was recorded with the xxx.....1B12 player ID, I think it is still saved in the server. So let's not get panic yet.
There are a couple of ways to go to have it recover and if all failed, then you can start panic.
If you have registered your email with EA to get the 100 free gems, then your account would have been associated with this email, you can try re-installing the game and register again with the same email address, this hopefully will give you an option to re-load your old account to the new installation, normally via a 4 digit code sent to your email.
If you have not registered your email with EA, then you can contact EA HELP center (by clicking the link at the bottom of this page) and get assistance to have your account recovered manually, I fear you have to be patient and persistent with this method as it is time consuming and currently there are long queue of players waiting for helps.

@minemoza201 Did you register your email with your old account? If so, can you remember how many gems and coins and plants have you collected? I ask because the image you are showing seems to have some progress on it already so either you have registered your email with the new account or have overwritten your old one.
If you still have the player ID for the old account, you might be able give HELP CENTER a try but if there is no player ID, then I am afraid your old account can no longer be recovered.
Having said this, did you make any purchase with real money and have a receipt? is so, you might be able to get these paid items back onto your new account.
I guess that bcuz First, I logout and login gg account again but not happen the identity. Then I verify email with old email and not happen too. So I click the sync data I think that to sync old data with EA mail). However I don't remember how many gems, candies, coins and plants collected.
Now I choose that identity and can restore all my purchase but game start new (lazy to play)
I play this game for 1 month (start 23 May 2021) and I sent rollback request yesterday but they not approve. 😢
@minemoza201 The fact that you had restored your purchases means your account now have the latest data from the server, so what progress you have been missing are now over written. If you do have evidence (old screenshots) of the missing in game currencies or premium plants acquired, you maybe able to open a missing content case with EA, but as I said before please be patient and president.
To retrieve your old account from the backup servers you need to give them the player id number associated with the account you lost.
If you suddenly lose your plants and have to start from the beginning then the game will have automatically given you a NEW player id number which is no good to you.
Update. I contacted help center and give gg account and problem date. Now my id player had restored. Thank all guy for suggestion. Love you so much♥♥.
