Crash games Plant Vs Zombie 1& 2

Dear EA Support Team,  

I have installed Plants vs. Zombies 1 & 2 on my Huawei Nova 7i device. This device does not support Google Play Services, yet I have installed the games through reliable sources. Unfortunately, due to a lack of optimization, the games do not launch properly and constantly crash.  

 

I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and, if possible, provide an update that optimizes these games for Huawei devices that do not support Google Play Services.  

 

Device details:  

- Device model: Huawei Nova 7i  

- Android version: 10  

- Game versions: Latest available versions (downloaded from trusted sources)

    Hi vkdcrpqg3jg1 , if your device is not supported there's not much we can advise you unfortunately, we only support an "official" installation of our games 🙁

    All EA games seem to run seamlessly on Huawei phones, with the exception of these two titles, which have specific issues. Even PvZ 3 worked perfectly when I tested it. It appears that the problems are unique to these two games😅
