Lost coins and diamonds

I lost my progress, coins, and diamonds in Plants vs. Zombies 2 after the recent update. My game restarted and my previous progress disappeared.

Device: iPhone

Game Version: 11.9.1

I would really appreciate your help restoring my previous account progress and lost items.
