Travel Log Not Displaying Quests.

Whenever I try to view my travel log and claim quests, it is just blank. The quests say that they are complete in the bottom eighth of the screen when they do complete but when I go to claim them they are not there. I have waited for the daily refresh and it still has not worked. This is the same for daily and event quests
