Lost Progress in PvZ 2 – Can’t Recover My Account

Hello, EA team and fellow players.I recently lost all my progress in Plants vs. Zombies 2. Here’s what happened:

 I launched the game as usual, but my progress was completely reset.The game prompted me to create a new account instead of logging into my old one.Previously, I reinstalled the game and was able to restore my progress by signing in with my email, but this time it didn’t work. I tried reinstalling the game and logging in again, but I was only given the option to use a new account or a previous account that has no progress.My Game Center achievements are still visible, so I believe my progress should still exist somewhere. I am playing on an iPhone 15.

Is there any way to recover my old account? I don’t remember my Player ID, but I have an old screenshot that shows my EA ID.

Please help me restore my progress. Thank you!
