Missing In-Game Purchase

I purchased Tiger Grass Seeds x250 from the Rent-a-Plant offer in Plants vs Zombies 2.

The payment was completed successfully using Google Play.

However, I did not receive the correct item. My Tiger Grass seed count remains 80/250 and did not increase after the purchase.

Instead, the purchased content was not applied correctly.

Please investigate this issue and restore the missing Tiger Grass seeds or provide a refund.
