Music dampening\ducking

I’m not sure if this is something you can fix, but I’ve tried everything on my end to make it work. When I open PvZ2, my Spotify music or YouTube audio becomes very quiet. I’ve muted the in-game music and sound effects, but my music is still barely audible. I would really appreciate any help you can provide. I hope this message finds you well.
