My account got had lost progression for pvz2

for some reason when I joined again in a long time my account lost all of my pogress because I had torch wood and firepea which I got to Jurassic marsh all the way to primal sunflower then I took a break for about 2-3 years and then boom I lost all my progress

If you can, can you get my pogress back?
