Negative coin balance

Hello everybody and hopefully EA support team well I’ve been playing plants for zombies for a couple years in this account. I might even say over 6+ years and last week I decided to get into my plans for zombie scheme again and everything was fine into two days ago when I try to get into my account and buy my daily plant seats and it didn’t let me buy anything then I saw that my coin balance was negative and other things but now they’re not just my coin balance and my fuel which it’s pretty weird cause yeah I just want a solution cause I really wanna level up on my plants and continue buying all the costumes and stuff like that for my plants I think I probably got a hack or something, but I just changed my password as well cause I had to spend money in plants I just don’t want anything to go to waste cause it’s a lot of progress. I just wanna continue enjoying this game in my account.
