Negative coins

Does anyone know how to fix ?

after an update I have a negative amount of coins. I can play, but because my coins are negative the number is getting smaller, I can not upgrade plants, etc…

I’ve been playing for years. It seems no one is maintaining this game, I’ve tried talking to help desk, but none one has been able to help… I’m disappointed…
