Not authorized to purchase

Just to check, are you getting this error when you try to buy the apple mortar, or did the purchase go through and this appeared afterwards?

It is not an error when clicking to purchase.

Also, just to check, are you able to link your account in the options menu? Just let me know if you see the option.

No, everything is not going smoothly. Clicking once will reveal that the user is unauthorized. I have already linked my account, but why can't I purchase an Apple mortar? Please resolve this. Please.
