Pinata Party just taxed me 10 gems for 1st play

Hey, what gives? Now that the Pinata Party timer seemingly works fine and I could play it, why did it tax me 10 gems for first play?? Mind you, this is NOT the replay (I never replay it since I prefe...

Yep. And if you don't have 10 gems, it shows you the gem shop menu.
