Obviously a known issue that’s been happening for awhile. It doesn’t seem like a difficult fix code-wise so what’s the issue? It’s taking PREMIUM CURRENCY that I paid for without telling us. I’m honestly thinking of asking Apple or my CC/Debit card company to refund me the money I spent on diamonds. A bug/glitch can’t just take away premium paid currency and it not be addressed asap. That’s bordering on fraud/scammy. I’m not trying to be negative and I wouldn’t come here and complain if it was just coins, but it’s stuff I paid actual real live money for. I’m sad that I have to be negative but it’s frustrating and cost a lot of players a lot of diamonds before they caught on. I can only imagine new players getting really upset and discouraged 😓

Agree. It is sad that they have a really nice game, but they don’t care if the game cheats its customers. And don’t get me started on their abusive ads.
