This problem continues now and forever! It’s become total frustration that EA doesn’t care to fix this! Hundreds of jewel rewards that I’m unable to claim and my cases keep getting marked as fixed or closed when it’s anything but fixed! Who’s in the driver seat up there?

Things are still broke! We need a consolidation of reporting, so point everyone who has posted similar issue to this and add daily commenting! It’s an impossibility that this can’t be fixed, EA just doesn’t give a * any more!

It's the same to me. About daily activities and to calendar. I lost so many gems because of this. The calendar I can't do too much, but about daily activities, I try to finish everything before claim and sometimes works. SOMETIMES.This 2 days, I have other problem: the loan plants, I can't have the offer to buy seeds after play with it. I'm almost getting some new plants, but I can't get seeds anymore...

Let the core group keep up their update, module and patchwork coding while the task group fixes what’s broken!

Again, again and again! Will EA address this issue? They won’t even answer any of the postings of their customers, loyal customers, that continue to experience this problem that just goes on day after day and is now well into the second month. So discouraging! Their ‘Let them eat cake!’ attitude in approach in my opinion, proves that EA is only in it for the buck! 🙁

And it does it to me again today, denied 10 more jewels in completing my ‘Daily Activities’! Rumor has it teams are looking at fixing the issue…. Wow, almost a month into this debacle! EA needs to pool their resources by getting everybody together to work fixing the problem before they move forward, its just that simple! At this point many customers are down by as many as 3000 jewels…. 😕🙁😢

Yes, we keep losing gems. But not only that. Today I can't claim the rewards from the calendar (again).
And I've played every day this month!

I play on multiple devices, 3 of them are on 11.4.1 and one on 11.3.1 but none shows the Sea-shroom rewards.

And it does it again today! No jewel rewards for completing my ‘Daily Activities’! So that means I’m being denied more than half of the ‘Daily Activities’ jewel rewards, 3000 and counting! Maybe someday they’ll fix this, maybe they won’t! Once again I wonder who’s in the driver seat at EA? This is starting to take the fun out playing this game!
