Plants vs Zombies 2.
Plants vs zombies 2 had an update. After the update, I lost everything, and the game started from day one. How can I go back to where I was in the game?

Try sync your email.. where has ever register it.. for safety, try with another device... Install, play pvz2 basicly, then connect with email..
The last week got error of Reset zero all gems, coin, etc.. everything.. now actually has back and normal.
I had a similar problem; opened a case with them. They've shut the case without, to my knowledge, solving the problem. I haven't opened the game for fear of compounding the problem.
Okay; I opened it today, and the progress appears to mostly be restored, but i still have a bunch of extra profiles that I neither created nor want, as they are using extra memory.
I’m having the exact same issue and I am very scared that EA won’t be able to resolve this terrible technical problem. Please help me EA!
