Purchased “No Ads” & “2x Rewards” Offer – Not Working

Hi EA Team,

I want to report an issue with Plants vs Zombies 2.

I recently purchased the No Ads and 2x Reward Multiplier offer. The No Ads part seems okay, but the 2x reward multiplier is not working at all. After completing levels or opening reward boxes, the rewards still show the normal amount, not doubled

I’ve already tried restarting the game and reinstalling, but the issue remains. Please help fix this or advise on the next steps. Thank you!
