purchasing

Hello I can't buy anything from the in-game market. Whenever I try to buy something, it gives an "Unauthorized user error" message saying "You do not have permission to purchase on this device." I can't do anything with the gold diamond plant. Second problem: Last week, I earned 500 points in the arena, but the electric blueberry lock wouldn't unlock. I collected 500 points, but I still can't use the plant. I wasted my time and played over 100 arenas, and my rights are gone. I got nothing in return. If you have any information on this, I would appreciate it if you could share it. The fact that I couldn't unlock the plant in the last arena was clearly visible in the game. Best regards
