PvZ GW2 progress resetting

Hi, I have opened the game 3 different times, and each time after a random amount of progress and leveling up, it resets me to the first quest to find the remote, and all my characters lose all their level-up XP. All progress gets lost each time. The game was not hard shut down any of the times, it didn't suffer connection errors. I run PC and XBox controller, and not wi-fi, it's through the Ethernet cord.
