Not having a good time here, somehow my data got corrupted and I didn't save my player ID, I gave them an identity and they seem to say they can't find my profile.... I registered with my email and all long ago, spent hours on the phone with apple to see if gamecenter could be addressed and they said to contact the makers, well here I am... lost, all my plants and worlds gone. I bought 11 plants now at level 1 and no other plants are ready, pokra for instance isn't even ready ☹️ when I last played at 2pm eastern time I was currently ranked number 1 in jade as i have been in the top 4 for 6 months, now I feel so screwed. They offered me like a low amount of coins and so forth, however I had 1100 plus gauntlets, 300k in cash, 700 plus diamonds, and over 500 mints.... now I'm stuck not able to play because they aren't answering me now. I wish there was a real help line to call them, I uninstalled the game and all, I'm not sure if that changed my player ID or what but I get 2 profiles that have 0 plants and 0 worlds on 1 and 16 plants on the other... What to do ☹️ ☹️ ☹️ most of my mints were level 7 and all plants well over 5 easily ☹️

Now what they are doing...when I create a new ticket they are sending the automated response and closing ticket.I am just creating a new ticket every other day now.this has become a daily ritual to follow up with EA 🙂

@tommystarman You're not the only one, there seem to be a lot of players in the same situation as you.Even those with the correct player id number aren't always getting their accounts restored.EA HELP CENTER is probably an indian call center type operation that works off standard scripts and have limited authority to do anything, AHQ staff have been strangely absent recently but i will tag @EA_Barry who posted a few days ago (who probably won't be able to help you), i suspect server problems resulting in a lot of lost data but they aren't saying anything helpful.

It seems that EA had problems with their servers and didn’t have backup.i have tried apple as well as EA, no one takes responsibility and don’t care about money spent .now I feel stupid by spending money on this game. I am trying to see if there are consumer laws in the UK would help me in this case.it seems that there are growing number of these cases, may be we should do something combined as a group

You're not the only one, there seem to be a lot of players in the same situation as you.
Even those with the correct player id number aren't always getting their accounts restored.

Yes, i have icloud backup I contacted apple first and they said after trying to restore it, to contact the vendor, well here I am still screwed with paid plants at level one so I deleted the game..

@PowerToss yes, apple tried and then said contact the vendor, all i have been getting is copy and paste emails, gave them my phone number and no calls yet, I had one state they will get it restored, then off to another agent, smh!! Such a hassle when I purchased 11 plants now they are at level one, and I was always 1st - 4th in Jade league, my mints all leveled up to at least 7, no plants under level 5. I wish I had a number to them directly, but seems all the numbers I call no one answers me!!! I'm so furious, they even admitted a lot of users at the end of the last arena reported this loss of all info... Well I have screenshots because I used my iPad and iPhone on the same account, registered it via email and all. I had over 1100 gauntlets alone!!! I hope ea games sees this and fixes this, all my my worlds was complete but neon was halfway finished

@MAGICDAVESHROOM they claim they can't find my player id in the records, seems they are full of it, considering I registered to my valid email address and collected the 100 diamonds long ago, I even provided the proof of it..

@PowerToss yes I have iCloud backup enabled but apple gave it their best shot, seems now I have 2 choices of profiles when I try to log in New Player and another one called Profile count 1

EA has a lot of servers, probably in many different data centers in many different countries so only they know what, if anything, has happened as anything we say is conjecture.
If you read the terms and conditions attached to the game you will probably find it's very carefully written, probably to stop things like class actions or refunds.
I tried and nearly fell asleep.

@nrr_79 seems ea games don't want to call you back ever... and it's always a new foreigner who states we will replace all your data in time but here take 10 plants a few gauntlets(tickets) and 250,000 money. One offered me 10 plants with them leveled to what I wanted, and I asked what about my seasonal's and mints I earned, well guess what? Off to the next agent, I have the same agents over and over again, and getting a new one here and there! SMH
