PVZ2 glitch on extra hard Wild West

Hi. I know there is a thread for this, but I can't find it now. Sorry if I am redundant. 
in the travel log, I cannot pass the first extra hard Wild West level. This has been happening for over a year. I usually just don't even try any more. 
I play and win the level, and the game ignores the win and doesn't allow me to progress any further. Over and over. So I lose the 25 gems each time this challenge shows up. I have reported this before, and marked Me Too on other posts, and it is still not fixed. I have no issues with any other Extra Hard levels.
