I gave her your contact details when i first contacted her and i have given her the info she wanted from you so please be patient.

She's a dev who works for EA/popcap who is very helpful on reddit and is the only person who will go out of her way to sort problems out or get in touch with the right person.

I wouldn't want her hassled about ea helps lack of support, i already told her the full situation, she already gets a fair ammount of grief over EA's failings and if she stopped helping then nobody else would and the community would be poorer for it.

Imho there should be a full time moderator for this, the OFFICIAL site who can answer questions and sort player's problems out when HELP CENTER can't or won't.

    Hey there, @Nick15name. I apologize for the wait in someone getting back to you.

    If you're playing anonymously, that is not linked to Game Center, Google Play, or an EA account, then it may not be possible to recover your account. The best thing to do in that situation is to have your previous Player ID handy so that EA Help has a method of looking up your game data. Without either of those points, there is no reference to where the game data is, which would admittedly make it quite difficult for our game advisors to assist.

    When you do uninstall and reinstall, if you did save to one of the options, if the game detects it, it will state that there are existing profiles associated with your account.

    For example, when I tested on my own account, it prompted one with my local save + EA account that had 0 content (as though a new account), and a second one linked to my Game Center that had game data. When I pulled the Game Center one, I was able to register it to my EA account as my current game account.

    I know it's not always the best news, but if you can find your previous account information, that would help a lot in recovering it.
