Please let me share that, we tried our best to merge your both the accounts i.e old and new. However it doesn't work. So, we would request you to share the player ID of different account.

I'd unterstand it like this: Apparently, your account got completely wiped out. This means you have an account with a completely new player ID on your device. Is this correct?
So what EA Help is trying to do is to merge your old account (old ID) with your new account (new ID). It looks like this doesn't work, so they want you to give them a different new player ID.
