Did you happen to use the EA email feature to save your game since your google play was saved over with the new game? Assuming I am understanding correctly. you still have your game ID saved or written down somewhere? Don’t post it here but it can also be used to get your game data back again since it looks like it may not have worked.
no, I haven't registered using EA's email, regarding the ID, I still remember my old ID (which was lost). but i dont know how to login with that missing id. Is my progress lost forever and can't be returned? ☹️ since i can't login with the old id that they told me to login with (because its not there in profile selection). [Sorry for my bad grammar] :'
It's really good you still have your old player id number because when all else fails you can tap HELP at the bottom of this page and make out a missing content report and they can restore your account from their backups.
It might take a couple of days though.
If you had registered with EA's email registration scheme then you could probably get your account back by yourself in a few minutes.

@zooti12 you say you still remember your OLD player id number, which is the one you need.
The old player id number is the one associated with your missing account, if you don't have that number then EA can't/won't restore your account.
I meann, i rememberr, but how do i login with my old id? After i installed pvz again there are 2 profile selection and there is no my old id, idk what to do 😭, im really desperated rn,
EA already restored my progress, but the only problem is my Old id was not there in profile selection after I reinstalled pvz2, i guess its 100% my fault for uninstalling pvz2 after my progress lost
