Hmm, yes I placed a column of Pokra just in front of zomboss (lazy strategy), might try one without when I got home tonight and see if this helps to speed up the flips.

EDIT:  IIRC, my plant selection were Pokra, Turkey Pult,  Pyre Vine, Pepper-mint and Arma-mint.

Mostly using pokra to jab zomboss and kill the wEAsels.

I've had a few 42 flips using pokra but no 43 yet.

For onesies this week seems like Blover+Reinforce mint is the way to go. Chard Guard isn't good because of those Torch guys.

Penny's pursuit EAsy level 1 or any level plants guaranteed 30% zps trail 🌶🌶🌶 with two bonus achievements, premium plant strategy.

For illustration purposes i have not used level 1 plants as i can't be bothered to grind the first 8 levels.

Level 9, sun bank perk.

Plant a shine vine on one of the three GREEN power tiles and a caulipower if you have enough sun, if you don't just buy a plantfood and use it on the shinevine. 

Plant three caulipowers on the GREEN powertiles and electric blueberry on the back row.

Whenever you think there are too many zombies near your plants just plantfood a caulipower,  you will flick 15x zombies off screen and get a burst of sun.

Electric blueberry may not even be necessary, just caulipower, imitator and shine vine. 

On 🌶🌶🌶 you can't lose any plants, this includes digging them up and you can only have 10 plants maximum. 

Electric blueberry and caulipower have the same kill rate regardless of level, the only important thing that changes is the sun cost.

You could also probably do this with 3x caulipowers and 3x shine vines on the powertiles.

An even better bonus perk farming level is 11, plant a line of Draftodils and one infi nut (plantfood it) and the rest are electric blueberries, at level 1 you can start with 5x Draftodils and 15x electric  blueberries and an infi nut if you use the sun bank perk on 🌶🌶🌶.

Again for illustration purposes i used high level plants but the same number as my onesies, hence the extra sun.

Fill the empy slots with anything.

Plant goldbloom ONCE then plant electric blueberry and caulipower as they refresh.

There are so few zombies that eb and cauli can EAsily dEAl with them.

I have been busy focusing on high level and mastery profiles since last Christmas, now spring has arrived, I defrosted my level 1 profiles and gave them a quick spring clean and ready for the summer.  Managed to break 6M on the second attempt and I think it can go a little higher.

I tried my level 1 plant with this week's games and found out the 2 minutes game is far to tough for my plants, I doubt if this is good enough for getting a 7-win streak.

This week's tournament is a challenge for low level plants. 

On on hand I want to stun lock Zomboss to get as many bonus score flips as possible but on the other I need him to summon zombies carrying plant foods since it is required to boost my attacking power with the mint.  

I tried a few Appease-mint family plants and a few delaying/slowing down plants but none seem to be able to get him to flip 20 times, so 8.7M is the best I can do. 

Week 211 boosterama.

I used a strategy I saw from subreddit using low level plants and this brought me 3M, by adding a mint to enhance Imp Pear, this bring me a lot closer to 4M.

Week 227  Rhubarbarian Boss fight

I took out my level 1 plants to give them a try and managed to break 10M on first try. 

This is the best I get after 5 practices.

Week 228 - Mega Gatling Pea tournament

Tried two strategies, surprisingly, Solar Sage has done better than Imp Pear for the first time.

@eieio_31310 I have had a few more attempts last weekend and finally managed to break 4M. I did replace Solar Sage with 3P though.

I had tried Threepeater in place of MGP but the scores were lowered.  4M is sometimes good for 7-win streak already.

Week 229 Boosterama.

I have had a quick try with level 1 plants and so far I have not yet found a reliable strategy to hold off the zombies from breaking through my defense towards the end. 

The best score I get so far is 8.6M.

Week 230 Threepeater tournament pre-boosterama

Normally some pre-boosterama games are not low level plants friendly, so reaching 1M is already an achievement.  I have a few quick tries and 1.3M is possible.

Week 231 Mega Gatling Pea Zomboss fight

Thanks to the tips from (itsnogoodforme) from subreddit for reminding me about a frozen mint trick.

I tried it with my level 1 plants and this seems to be able to match the score I get from my high level plants quite consistently.

Anything which can kill zombies appearing on columns 9 and 8 quickly should be considered.  If you do not have the two plants I used, there are a few plants can be used with similar benefits.  

1. Snap Pea, it can attack zombies behind zomboss, but at level 1 it is both high sun cost and quite slow so it's usefulness is a little limited if you do not use a sun plant.

2. Conceal-mint, it can help dragging down zombies on the ground but you still have problems with the balloon zombies.

3. Bombard-mint, it strikes at random places, so pray it does not strike at the frozen mint.

4. Enchant-Mint, just hope it hypnotises the strong zombies to fight for you

5. Solar Tomato, stun zombies and generate suns should you go with Snap Pea.

6. Imp Pear + tile turnips

Now if you have $ premium plants, then 7. Power Lily with Imp Pear.
