I can’t submit the report for some reason. The Email us button is grayed out
Firstly you have published your player id number on a public forum, please edit it out asap.
Secondly if you look at the text box for your complaint it is reading 0/5000 characters used, did you cut and paste part of a screenshot or something strange like that?
The red box means there's something wrong.
@MAGICDAVESHROOMI noticed the red box too, but I cut and pasted the texts again, it read 300/5000 but was still red... and the Email us button was still grayed out
Btw the number (which I removed) was seemingly the attachment ID, since it changed each time I reattached the photo
I also just lost over 2000 mints, >100 gems, >500000 coins, and 40 gauntlets.
It’s all gone!!
My plants remain the same though.
I also contacted ea support.
Have you tried just typing your complaint out in text?
That box shouldn't be red, it means there's something wrong with what's inside the box.
Figured out the issue, was the ‘>’ sign. Seems like they did some weird html input sanitization. Anyway, I was able to hit the button.
