I presume you are trying to use EA's email registration scheme?
If you use auto fill then there will be a blank space after your email address, make sure there isn't one and try again.

I just checked to see if there was an auto space and there wasn’t, so are there any other solutions for this problem.
As far as I know that is the only issue with the email registration scheme, unless you're not connected to the Internet or their servers are down.

Yah I know, but do you know why this isn’t working.
- @xoforaylan Your pic doesn't prove no spaces. A space would look like the white background. Put your cursor in the box at the end of your name and check for sure.

If you're trying to use EA's email registration scheme to restore a lost profile or account autofil will automatically put a blank space at the end of your email address that must be removed.
Still having problems with registering. I've checked for spaces afterward and does not register stil

Hi, I am an old user of this game. But last week I lost my progress. I want to recover my account. When I write my e-mail address it says "failed, try again". I am an iOS user. Please help me with this issue.
I tried to uninstall and download the game. Also, I tried to change my wi-fi connection.
Also, the characters of the game seem blurry, colors of the game seem gray. It seems very bad. I downloaded the game again and again. In my opinion, the game has a problem.
If you already signed up for EA's email registration scheme then try again, but make sure that ther isn't a blank space after your email address because autofil normally leaves one, which invalidates it.
Just a quick check to see if there is hardware compatibility problem.
May I ask what model number of your device and what version of iOS is running please?
- My device is Ipad Air(5th generation) and version of IOS is 16.6
however the graphics and display were very good before my account was deleted. I checked if there were any spaces. I want to upload some screenshots from my device. Can you control my account? If necessary I can contact you with a direct e-mail message. I want to recover my account please help me.
