I too feel really bad on the removal of Spring bean + Blover Combo. Atleast EA could have allowed us to use it in Adventure mode.

The people at EA are control freaks. They want to control how people play the game so it matches their vision of how they thought people should play the game.
In the past you could pick a strategy with a few plants and combos and get that strategy to work in all sorts of different environments. That meant you didn't have to spend coins and gems on powering up EVERY SINGLE PLANT in the game. But EA doesn't like that so they took away the ability of players to concentrate on a few plants. You can't just buy a lot seeds of the plants you like. Now you're forced to poke along and keep getting seeds of all of the plants in the game because that is how the game developers think PVZ2 should be played.
It is very frustrating when you come up with a combo that works and then the game developers take it away because they never envisioned the plants being used that way.
Fricken control freaks.
And they can't pass it off as doing these things to enhance game play or whatever. If they were really concerned with enhancing game play they'd fix Battlez, which is a mess.

I am still hoping this was just an oversight and it will get fixed on the next update.- Thank you for sharing the Moon Flower and Dusk Lobber combo image, just wondering if this combo would indeed give the high score shown....
I have also lost today again someone who had the Moonflower and the phosphorescent. Both are not available this week...
I'm very upset, I had won 24 times in a row (my best serie so far) and I lost again a hacker.
