Same Purchase Bug

Hello,

I have also "User is not authorized" bug for years. So I cannot theso locked plants and asked for real money. I put two screenshots for the bug and my ID in game. I am from Turkey and I could not find any option that could block me to buy something in the Google store settings. Also I could buy somethings in other games. I verified my account, too.

I read other topics in the forum for the same problem but I did not see any solution. Also no solution in Youtube. So I wanted to post, too.
