Seeing hackers in arena mode

I have been seeing players with plant levels of M followed by a number e.g. M39 these players seem to constantly score MILLIONS of points and are able to use plants that are I'm told in game are 'not allowed for this level'&nbsp;

I have many plants at max level. That is not hackers. I dont know what you mean by not allowed for this level. When there was a hacker a couple of months that account was scoring 780,000,000 in the first few seconds of a battle.
