Support Issue -Crash

Issue: The game crashes every time I reach the “Ready, Steady, Plant” stage in Beach Level 20. I have tried restarting the device, reinstalling the game, and clearing cache. My progress was previously restored, but the crash still persists. Please advise on further steps.
