Unable to contact Support about programme bug in Plants v Zombies 2
Hi,
I believe we are into the 6th day of an ongoing bug issue with the game, & still no resolution.
The daily Piñata is not refreshing. It is the same with the daily gauntlets & adverts to earn coins & gems (see attachment). This is having an adverse effect on gameplay & progress.
My main frustration lies in the fact that I am unable to contact EA Support & raise a ticket, as there is a compulsory box that needs to be filled in before sending - ‘CONSOLE’ (see attachment). However, there is no drop-down menu, & whatever you attempt to type into that box is not accepted, so you are effectively stonewalled. You can’t call them & I can’t find a ‘live chat’ option.
Solutions to contact them under these circumstances, anybody?
Does EA monitor these chat-rooms? If so, & you’re reading this, maybe someone could look into it? We are your customers, after all.
