Where's EA Help?
Latest update for Plants vs Zombies 2 is a complete disaster. First, ALL of my progress was lost. Years of purchases and progress, gone. I managed to restore it, I don't know how, but I got it back. Then, the game would shut down after rounds and I'd have to restart the game again. Now, the game won't load at all. I tap on the icon to load the game, it begins to load, then, almost loads, then shuts down right before completion. When I try to contact EA Help, I get a DARK screen that says, "This page has moved or no longer exists." How are technical issues supposed to be resolved if we can't get in contact with technical support?
