Unable to play arena match

Hello All,

I am an avid PvZ2 player, but from past few days whenever I am trying to play arena match, it ends abruptly giving me no points even when I am winning. Has this happened to anyone of you, if so kindly help me sort this out.

About the problem of bug in the game Pvz2
When I login the game today, I found that all of my sprouts are gone. It supposed to be have about 4000-5000+ and now all become zero.
