"UNABLE TO RESTORE and RESTORING PURCHASES " Details
The Unable to Complete Purchase error pop-up has been a daily issue for years now appearing each time you played a game, visited the Shop, etc. BUT you could just click past it and be able to play all game features.
The Restoring Purchases error appearing is much more recent BUT you cannot get past it and would have to close the game each time it appears.
Today:
1. if I tried clicking on the first "Go to the Shop" tease when first logging on, you get to the Shop but got the Restoring Purchases error appeared and you had to force- close the game.
2.If I clicked on the second "Shop tease" when logging on, I made it to the Shop and the Unable to Complete Purchases error appeared, but I could click past it.
3. If I didn't click on either of the Shop teases when logging on, I could play the daily challenge and watch the three ads and collect the gems, but could not play any games.
4. A few days ago, BOTH error pop-ups appeared BUT somehow, I could gather past and complete my game play.
I hope this helps the development team fix this problem, for I have enjoyed playing this game and the original version for around two decades.
