Unable to scroll to see plants Samsung S11 Ultra

The app size is set to default and all display sizes set to the smallest possible and you cannot scroll to see and select plants past the first few rows. If you try to split the screen and then expand a little bit, the game does not work at all. Tried switching from portrait to landscape and vice versa with no luck. Tried using the S pen to scroll, again, no luck. I work in software, so yes, I have done all of the "normal" troubleshooting steps before reaching out.
