Unable to start a new case in PvZ2

Question

I am tearing my hair out trying to get my missing progress back. When I go to "My cases" and "Start a new case", it sends me back to the home page.

If I click on my problem in PvZ2, I just get an article (which is no help). There is no option to chat or

I have been playing PvZ2 for years andI would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.

I have the same problem, there’s no way to open a new case

But I persisted until I found a topic with chat, and through chat got through to a real live person, who restored everything, including my position in Jade League. Good luck.&nbsp;
