I made a purchase of the Nightcap Bundle and got the wrong seed pack for Aqua Vine. Where can I request to have this refunded or changed to the Nightcap Seed Pack? I was trying to get the Nightcap and got stuck with a crap plant instead.
Crazy because this is actually the second time I've had this issue with them. The first one was when I tried to buy the Pokra Bundle, and the receipt said I purchased the "Snow Pea Bundle" but in game I never got the seeds like wth? I reported this issue and google play gave me a refund.
Well, whatever their issue is, they gotta fix this.
I think they're reusing old bundles for the in-game Feastivus Bundles which in-turn gives us the wrong bundles or none at all. I tried purchasing the bundle you mentioned today and it says "Super Mint Seed Bundle" when it should be "Sticky Bomb Rice Bundle"
Yesterday the same bundle was named "Gemium Plant Bundle" when it should've been "Nightcap Bundle"
I honestly have the same issue just today. I purchased the seed pack for Stickybomb rice, google said the transaction was successful but the game said purchase error and I did not get the seed pack.
