Your device is not authorized to purchase(Android)

I was able to purchase plants, bundles etc. 2-3 years ago. I downloaded the game now and I can't purchase anything from it. Also non of bundles have their price below. It says you are not authorized but I am older than 18 and did not turn off paying from google pay. Also I tried other games' in-game purchase and it works. Only game I can't buy anything is pvz 2. I loaded 2 screenshots, I hope you can fix it soon.
