Wrong purchase

I bought the electric berry, but I received a package with 5-6 piñatas from Z Corp and not the electric berry. I have the payment receipts, And things are so wrong that even the package label says "shrinking violet seed package," when I bought electric berry, but I don't remember how many seed packets I received. I would like to receive the berry since I payed for it.
