Sorry to hear that! Have you tried any torubleshooting yet? such as:

• Deleting and resintalling the app
• Clearing cache
• Bootting the game as a guest and not linking it to any account yntil after the tutorial

• It's don't work.
• It's don't work
• I think this will work,but I want play game as my own account.
