Umbrella leaf in all biomes

idk if this is a good idea or not, but should Umbrella Leaf have the ability to provide shade in a 3x3 area, allowing the mushroom plants to avoid the sun and  wont disappear?

this could mean higher sun cost for umbrella leaf but  i would like to see it come true cause it kinda makes sense tho!
