Three purchases were made with my Steam wallet, and I only received one!

I made a purchase through RUX in Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. I would like you to read all of my cases (some in Brazilian Portuguese and others in English).

It must be really frustrating dealing with this situation, especially when you're already exhausted. He pretended to continue with the matter of Leonel being closed. Similarly, he requested payment confirmation (which I had already confirmed earlier). He kept stalling until, even after answering several questions, he closed the chat. His final response was for me to request a refund from Steam, even though I don't know how to do that, leaving me uncertain that I won’t be able to purchase another product in this game, adding insecurity as well! :(

Summary: I bought the "1000 Stars and 10 Studded Pack" on February 14, 2025, and the items were delivered to my account. I returned to buy the same pack on February 16, 2025, and the amount of R$29.00 (Brazilian reais) was withdrawn from my Steam wallet, but the product was not delivered. Today, I did the same thing (March 7, 2025), making the payment via "PIX", the credit of the same amount fell into my Steam wallet, the payment was confirmed in the game, and I still didn't receive the product (again). In an attempt to resolve this, I opened several cases (mentioned above), and the agents (also mentioned) had long conversations with me but did not resolve this "bug", if we can call it that? The agent "Agent Abdessamed b" ended the conversation with me present and answering all the questions. He told me to request a refund through Steam, which is no longer possible due to the dates for the purchase made on February 16, 2025. As for the purchase today, March 7, 2025 (today), I cannot contact Steam support, as it says I need to speak with EA Games support. Well, I am opening this thread due to the whirlwind of confusion my mind can no longer process! I am an adult and autistic, and I have stated that I am not dishonest and always pay my bills. I really love this game, but I buy something in it and get nothing. What can you advise or help me with? I know there are competent people in the company, and I hope this doesn't scam me today or tomorrow.

I apologize for the length of the text. I tend to be verbose and can't "summarize" my thoughts in a few words. I feel wronged by a company with a name like EA Games, and I want to believe it was just a "bug," and that the company isn't interested in stealing such a small amount. This discourages its players. I haven't had issues with other purchases here. But now, a game I loved so much, will I no longer be able to buy anything in the future? Why can't these employees solve my problems? Thank you.
