Your EA account is on a different email address than your Xbox account. Can you think of any other email addresses it might be on? If so, you should try using that to reset the password.
I’ve never made an EA account other than this one. It was most likely automatically made with the Xbox account.

Your account is created the first time you play one of our games. It guides you through the process. Regardless, since you don't know the email for your account, try going through the account recovery process. That starts by filling out the webform here.
I’ve tried filling out a webform multiple times and each time they say that they do not have enough information to confirm my identity. I don’t know what else to do.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything else you can do. Except for playing on a different EA account that is linked to a different Xbox gamertag. If they say you aren't providing enough information, that means the answers you're giving don't match the history of the account.
I said every EA game I’ve owned and every DLC I’ve bought. I can’t just get all of that game progress back or the DLC. I’m going to lose everything on every EA game because I changed my gamertag?

I'm really sorry. I understand the frustration with this as I'd hate to lose my account as well. Unfortunately, we can't do anything until you verify ownership by accurately filling out the webform.
