They have changed turf takeover to 8v8 to see what it’s like (for lag I bet) what do you lot think.

- I guess I'll have to try to give a verdict tomorrow - I can't get into a single mode of any multiplayer game! Have tried several times to get into Turf, the weekly event & Ops, but am just hanging on the "FINDING THE BEST MATCH" screen for 5 minutes at a time before I cancel, even after re-starting.
- @ToastedSarnie I had that when I first logged in after the update. My XBOX didn't download the patch automatically, so I had to do it.

This should’ve happened years ago! I bet this really improves lag.

- @ToastedSarnie This is the first update on any game ever that hasn't auto downloaded for me as long as I had the space. Super weird.
No... 12v12 is way too fun to play. More intense gameplay than 8v8.
As someone mentioned before they need to fix the lag as a separate issue not just band aiding for a solution.
Revert back to 12v12 please.
12v12 was fine. Why make it less? If I want to play a serious sweatfest game, I'll go with Overwatch or COD. But, if it is to help people with performance issues, then I can understand why they have changed it. Still, would love to see the return of 12v12. The chaos makes it fun.
I really dont know why they made it 8 v 8, i didn't see a lot of people complaining about the 12 v 12.

Agreed. I’m old and not good at all, but I still love playing! TT with Cactus and Dead Beard was my favorite. This week they nerfed their drone/parrot abilities which has made them less fun. Now they’re changing TT to 8v8? There’s a much greater leveling effect in 12v12 compared to 8v8 if one team has 3-4 high level players on it. That’s huge for someone like myself who isn’t good but wants to have fun. I’ll give it a try tonight and see how it is with the new ttk update, but it’s not sounding too good right now.
