HELP, MY ACCOUNT SUDDENLY RESET FOR NO REASON! :(

I was playing on account Totalwater, the game glitched and lost my Heroes, and now after a restart, it's forcing a tutorial and won't find my cloud save, can anyone help me restore my account? Before this, I noticed that one of my custom decks which is for Electric Boogaloo didn't have enough cards, I decided to just close the app & didn't delete ANYTHING & opened, next thing I know is I'm in the tutorial, after I completed it & tried to connect using all 3 sign in methods IT DIDN'T **bleep** WORK, now I lost all my progress, please anyone can restore Totalwater?
